Hidden inside the WWF-affiliated Oasi Dynamo reserve in the Pistoia Apennines, Oasy Hotel offers just a handful of contemporary wooden lodges scattered between wildflower meadows, chestnut forests, and mirror-still lakes. 

Each suite opens onto wide decks where sunrise drifts through misty treetops and nightfall reveals a sky unspoilt by city light. 

Days unfold at your pace: cycle panoramic gravel tracks on e-bikes, paddleboard across crystal water, track deer with resident guides, or stretch out in a forest-edge yoga class.

Cuisine is hyper-local, vegetables from the biodynamic garden, honey from on-site hives, charcuterie and cheeses produced in the estate’s own farmstead, served in a remodelled barn that glows with candlelight after dusk. 

Sustainability sits at the heart of every detail, from renewable-energy heating to low-impact building materials and rewilding projects that protect wolves, boar, and golden eagles roaming free.
