Agriturismo & Acetaia La Vedetta is a charming family-run estate nestled among the hills and vineyards of Castelvetro di Modena.

Housed in a beautifully restored building, it offers just three spacious and serene rooms, each with private bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, and views of the lush countryside. At breakfast, guests enjoy homemade cakes, local cheeses, and seasonal treats. The onsite restaurant, led by Chef Massimo Tunesi, serves a seasonal menu inspired by mountain-to-table, Emilian traditions — homemade pasta, slow-cooked sauces, and ingredients harvested from the estate.

Beyond the dining room lies the beating heart of the property: the acetaia, where the Venturelli family produces award-winning Aceto Balsamico. Guests can take guided tours of the vinegar cellar and join cooking classes, picnics in the olive groves, or aperitifs at sunset. There’s also a panoramic swimming pool and a garden for relaxing in nature.
