Orienteering Cache Hunt is an outdoor adventure inspired by orienteering, designed to get participants actively exploring the village in a fun and engaging way. Guided by coordinates, clues and hidden caches, teams take on a dynamic challenge that combines navigation, collaboration and discovery of the local area.

After splitting into teams, participants receive maps and are briefed on the rules of the route. Following coordinates and clues, each team sets off to track down QR CODE caches hidden throughout the park and the village.

Every cache they find unlocks an on-the-spot mission. Challenges range from nature-themed puzzles and identifying and classifying local flora, to physical tasks, brain teasers and team trials that can be tailored to reflect the company's values or objectives.

At the end of the route, points are tallied and results celebrated with a final awards ceremony recognizing the top-performing teams. The experience concludes with a debrief session led by the coach, focused on analyzing the behaviors and group dynamics that emerged during the activity.
